We don’t want to let anything get in the way of enjoying Whitespace Broadband wherever possible.  The page contains information about some of the things that we will do to help.

 

Support for customers with disabilities

 

We offer a range of services to help you with your Whitespace service, including giving you the ability to receive your bills in Braille, large print and audio. Please let us know if you think we could help by either raising a ticket in the Support System or by calling us on 0333 335 0573. We’ll register this on your account so we’ll know any time that you get in touch with us.

Our Customer Support team will always try to identify any needs and offer assistance where it’s needed, but sometimes it’s not easy for us to know about any challenges that you’re experiencing.
